PCOS - over it

Oh I surely have a weight problem. I have hit the ricter at almost 95 kgs. So depressing. I am the same weight now as I was when I conceived miss who is two today.
I have been trying to shift it ever since.
Weight watchers
Walking
Eliptical
low carb

Nothing seems to put a dent in it.
I just want to lose initially 5 to get into the 80's again, but overall would like to see 75 again.

sigh

BW.... thanks for the info. I am going to try the four week plan and see how it goes.
I really want to shift this weight so when we TTC next year we might have another little one sooner rather than later.

you poor thing. I have recently found out that I have PCOS and am yet to have it all explained to me as I cannot get in to see a Gyno before the end of July as they are fully booked

I am thinking that my liver "condition" has something to do with the PCOS as I see you also have fatty liver which is what my Specialist originally thought I had. So many things to deal with and take in isn't there.

Sorry this is a bit of a ramble but wanted you to know there is another person out there thinking of you.

We had a great birthday. Just saw the last of the family members out after having them over for coffee and birthday cake. Made a Elmo cake, Kaitlyn had a lovely two days and got some really nice presents. She was very spoilt!!!

I will try to put some piccies on BB.. but can't find the link to the photos anymore

Tomorrow is mother's day and Monday is when I start thinking and planning how I am going to try and shift this weight - again.

Hi Leanne,

Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier. I have been as sick as a dog!! Was up most of the early hours Sunday with sever nausea, backache and generally feeling like I had been hit like a truck!! Slept most of Sunday and couldn't even handle a cup of coffee!! Felt a little better yesterday, but slept alot and still feeling off. This morning, just feel really tired and sore. Down there has been feeling "tight" and achey. Even though I am not due for AF until Thursday, I am tempted to do an early test. Haven't felt this bad since the last time I was pregnant. Either that or I am in for a humdinger with AF.

So glad that the party went well!! I love kid's parties. I usually go all out and spend too much money, but it is worth every cent to see their little cherub faces glowing.
