another option if you dnot like the sweat factor is yoga or pilates. yes you do sweat to an extent but it improves your circulation and flexibility therefore making you muscles more able to move freely and youll find that once your able to move freely youll become more active naturally...i would avise doing a few classes then if you want you can buy dvds and do it in the privacy of your own home if you have issues. but i do recommend some classes to make sure youre doing it right.
