I'm no expert, just a bit of a novice really. I usually don't worry too much unless me 2hr reading is over 7.8, this may be a bit naughty.

I don't see too much of a problem with your breaky meals. I usually have weetbix but skip the strawberries and have homemade apple puree (no added sugar).

On the pasta, some pasta meals can be low GI so even though they recomend we skip the pasta if it happens to be low GI then I have found it doesn't really have too muich of an effect on my BSL. Maybe you should try getting a low Gi cook book. When I get organised I am planning on starting a low GI recipe thread in the recipe section.

Don't worry too much as none of your readings seem to be too high. I had a spell there where I was getting readings over 16 but I am much better at this now.
