I loved Vegas - I had a girlie weekend there with a friend who lives in Phoenix. I think a couple of days there is enough though. It is close to some other fantastic places though, so you could easily make a great trip out of it - Vegas, Sedona, Grand Canyon, and even down to Mexico.

But Fiji and NZ sound awesome too!!
