DH & I got married in Vegas, going back for 10 year anniversary! Love it, its like Disneyland foe grownups! 5-7 days is enough, & yep, def go out to Grand Canyon.

When we go back we're going to take the kids and do a bit more of Sth America while we are all the way over there! I don't think its worth it just for Vegas alone...JMHO.
