just an update waters broke at 4:25 (its now 5:40) hospital have allowed me to come home while im comfy and now i am showered i will try to go back to bed

Ash- I know Anthony has banned you from BB (for now) but i'm going to post this anyway you can text me whenever doesnt matter what time it is. Bummer they sent you home but WOOHOO your waters have broke and your in early/pre labour. How will you get back to the hospital if your grandparents are busy this afternoon??. I've got my phone glued to my hand waiting with anticipation. I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!.

Well my parents & sister have just left to drive home to Sydney, they had a little bit of a drama with their car this morning but between Chris & I we think we've fixed it and their on their way home. My sister got a bit teary and i was trying real hard not to cry too. Going to spend some time with Chris as it is his birthday. Thanks for those who wrote birthday wishes.

Will be back later to check in and/or write updates for Ash (unless Sally beats me to it

Tryinglikecrazy - its weird to think that ive been with him that long because it sometimes still feels as though we are still getting know each other (in a weird kind of way) but i met him at Relay for Life in odd circumstances hehe yeah im a little nervous to know either way coz whatever happens we will make the most of the situation & will be happy funny thing is thou when me & DF were talking we realised that we both have twins that run in the family hahaha

Alioops - i will have to go out & a buy a test & do it sometime either tomorrow or next week depending if i have the money lol but i will let everyone know if i am or not but its just really strange...no signs of AF yet for this month

Im completly sobbing while im writing this, all this labour/birthing its so beautiful and exciting!! im a frikin mess!!!

I had a great day with my Sis-in-law/cousin (my cousin married my hubbys brother) shopping i love a good sale!!!! clearance racks all the way!!!

Is it silly/stupid for me to be looking through baby mags/catalogues?? im on day 17 of cycle who knows if ive O'd i wouldnt know what it feels like!! but im sooooo clucky, should i stop getting excited?? I know it may not happen this month but im still so excited that it may........EMOTIONS!!!!!!!

Just think Ash could be having a baby right now!!!

Forgot to add:

I was given sleeping pills for the last week of my hospital stay.... with the pains keeping me up and then babies on the same ward, ect. Man do they help though!

Ali- PMSL, i was brought up to follow the sports my dad follows haha and being daddys girl i didnt stray too far from them. Dont take this the wrong way but when you said you follow the crows & anyone playing against PA you reminded me of my dad with his following of cricket because he'll follow anyone playing Australia except when they play England & NZ haha. But good that you LOVE holdens, whos your favourite driver/team?.

Woohoo its the weekend & Chris' birthday today (saturday) dont know what were doing for it yet he went to a poker game last night and is snoring away on the lounge i've no idea how long hes been there as ive been asleep since my last post, better change my signature.

I got my hair cut today, and it looks sooooo good (if i say so myself!) i thought DP might be a bit off because of how short i got it cut but he LOVES it, which is great coz i love it too

so im feeling pretty good he he.

Well im off to get dinner, back soon hoping to hear more info about ash

Ali- PMSL we've got more in common than we both realised. My favourite driver is Rick Kelly too, although i like most Holden drivers but Brocky has always been a favourite dad thinks hes god, although i CANNOT stand Mark Skaife who i nicknamed GNLN (german nazi long nose) just a joke one day and its stuck ever since.

Saw my little bubs hands and feet and gorgeous face, i cried at the ultrasound... no one knew though hehe

It has made me even more excited.. Cant wait to meet my little munchkin!

Hey guys Ash messaged me at 00.26am & 00.34am (QLD time) but i was too tired to get up and come and post, i'd only been asleep an hour but i did message her back and say i'd post the next time i got up to feed Sophie which is now

"Ashlea & Anthony are excited to announce that Alexander Colin Francis made his arrival tonight 23rd February 11.08pm at Geelong Hospital All natural drug free 8pounds!"

"16hr labour transition 3 contractions: 5minutes yes i'm serious hes adorable took to the breast very well no stitches just a graze woohoo sorry TMI!"

Going to check and see if anyone has posted a birth announcement and then figure out how to do it & then post in the Feb belly buddies for Ash
