Marg
I am so sorry this month was not your month.
Sending you lots of hugs and kisses.
Leis
Hope you are feeling better and the pain has slowed down.
Hi all
I have been reading all posts and am sorry for all your BFN's and Hope all gets better soon. I as you kow had a BFN myself on the 1st of June 2 days before Beta and since then I have had 1 week of bleed free time then I have since had spotting, clotting (TMI) stringy bits and in last week major cramping (not sure if ovaries or not) AF was due aggain on 28th and am not sure what is the go here has anyone else had these sorts of symptoms after a fresh cycle and blast transfer. Saw GP today and he said could be ovaries but not sure so if pain gets worse may need BT's and abdominal scan to see what is going on. Seeing Fert Dr in 2 weeks so shalll see what he says too but just thought I would ask.
Marg, sending you big hugs, take care.
A big hi to everyone else. I'm just hanging around waiting for some more good news, we need to back up Kar.
My aim whilst on my break was to have a natural cycle but looks like that might have gone out the window, I'm overdue from my 'ususal natural' cycle of 5 weeks now, I'll leave it another week & then ask clinic if I should go on BCP again.
I just hope it's not early menopause!!
Take care
Tam does early menopause run in the family? My mum didn't even start to go through the change until 60!!! She had a regular 28 day cycle until 60 then one day they never came back... She has always been so good in that department.. fell pregnant with my sisters and I without even trying.. she had a IUD in when she fell with me????? LOL!!! Pity i couldn't be like her in the fertility stakes!
Take it easy and hope it all goes ok.. love leis xx
Chele- Sorry to hear that you are in pain honey, my AF's after a failed cycle have been what you described too, so I would not worry to much about it. How are you feeling now?
Tam- waiting for AF can be frustrating. Do you normally have to go on BCP for AF? I do for every cycle. I would ring the clinic if you are worried about it> no need to worry for another week.
How is everyone else doing?
Hope you are all have a good week

Hi Ladies![]()
Well I found out today and it was another, I did have some hcg levels but they were only 9 so they told me that they class it as a bio chemical pregnancy this is the 4th or 5th bio I have had and I just don't know what to do next I don't want to have another FET if the same thing is going to keep happening I don't think it is fair on the embroys as they are doing their job Im just not doing mine.
![]()
Im feeling a bit sorry for myself at the moment and just don't know what to do next..![]()
I hope every one is well, Thanks for listening.
Kris honey... I am so sorry you have been disappointed and heartbroken again.. this whole TTC roller coaster must really be wearing you down.. my love goes to you and DH big time... what did Hedges say??? Can they not just pump you full of HCG?? I don't know honey... I wish oh so much i could help you...
to everyone else.. take it easy and will drop in again soon.. love leis xxx
Kristy
Bigto you and DH. Sounds like it is time to go back to your specialist and ask for a review. Partlcularly if you are on the same treatment plan and you keep getting the same results. There are so many variations on what they can do both in a stim cycle and for an FET.
I read recently (R Jansen "Getting Pregnant") that leaping to the conclusion that something is wrong with your uterus is very common in IVF. Your specialist though is probably of a different view though. Statistically it is more likely to be just a random problem with the embryo - nothing to do with you or DH but just normal probabilities. I found it useful to remember that in natural circumstances only 1 in 5 pregnancies actually take. Don't be too hard on yourself sweetie. But think about making an appointment.
Kar congratulations on your pregnancy
Kristy I was also with Dr Hedges, I think you need to ask lots of questions because he dosent seem to give you information unless you ask
Leis how are you going after your marathon surgery, I hope you get a BFP soon
Suzi Q not long now until your holiday I bet you cant wait, do lots of spending for me
Chele since my last cycle in december AF is sooooo painful, I have not had painful AF since 1990 so its very sore and frustrating for me, Im not sure whether my adhesions have returned or whether I am just unlucky
Daisy, Tam and anyone else I have missed I hope you are all well
As for me not much happening here, I have had a talk to DH and we are planning on getting back on the IVF rollarcoaster probably in 2007 we are going to get our finances in order first and have a bit more time in our new jobs and our new suburb before we start again, we will be going to a new clinic and new doctor so hopefully we will get better results next time
take care of yourselves
cass
1000th post
The trip has been cancelled.....
Stay tuned......![]()
Hi to all my little buddies in here![]()
Oh no Suzi I am waiting in suspense to hear what happened with your trip, you can always come to beautiful hervey bay for a holiday if you like, accom free, then we can go out and have lots of drinks.
Kris- big hugs to you honey. I am so sorry. It is just not fair is it. You do need to talk to you FS. Just so you are clear in your mind you have and can do all you can do. ( hope that makes sence) It is so easy to blame yourself ( I know I am so gulity of that) but honestly it is no where near your fault. Please take the time to grieve the loss of this cycle before moving onto your next one. give your self some time and your next step will become clearer. Hugs Hugs.
SuziQ- tell us more........
Chele- how are you now honey?
Hope everyone else is doing well. thinking of you all.
XXXXX
Krusty, big hug for you. It's always a hard time. I know sometimes I have all the intentions of asking lots of questions and big 'WHY' but doesn't always come out. Hope you do get a chance to.
Shazey, great to see you again, & that things are going well. Will be thinking of you leading up to 2007. Bugger on the pain, I tend to get adhesions too, I'm kinda thinking I'm at that stage as well. Don't want another op though.
Sue, you mysterious one, what ya got up your sleeve....
Vicki, how are you going, is your body doing the right things
Leis, how are you feeling, everything mending ok. I remember it took me a couple of months to get my AF back 'normal pain' again.
Keen, Chele, Kar, Ann, Mar, Heather & Bee thinking of you all
I'm going to get details of a naturopath this weekend from a friend. I figure AF isn't gonna come on her own & will be saving frostie for after holiday, so thought might fit in a couple of months of 'other therapy' to help my cycles. I've never had AF bale out on me before!
Take care
Tam - good luck with the naturopath. It is worth ago. That plus the holiday has to equal a BFP on you next cycle for sure!
No my body is back to playing up again. I am just waiting for AF to turn up so I can go back to charting. I have had heaps of ovary pain for the last 3 days. I really am unsure what it is, as I have had no other signs of ovulation. It would be my luck though as with DH's work and school holiday ( house full of kids) BD is quiet a challange this week.
SuziQ what happened to the trip, is it a good thing? I hope so.
Keen where are you? I hope you are taking care of yourself.
Bugger, Bugger, Bugger, my body is playing tricks with me, and I DONT LIKE IT!
I thought I O'd early this month, with all of the O signs. Now cycle day 25, for the past 4 days I have been having CM and yes lots of it, O pain and a feeling of soreness inside, cramps. I started temping again this month, only a small drop in temps 2 days ago from 36.4 down to 36.2 back up to 36.5 and today 36.4. Bloody hell I don't know, but we have been at it like rabbits, just in case.![]()
I hope you all are well, will check in later
Ann
sorry been MIA ladies - had no web access! But im back. Not much happening on my front, as usual, but am excited to see a few things in the works for some of you....
Sue - I think I have a good idea as to why trip is cancelled and I will befor you. Oh, and congrats on 1000 posts!
Tam & Vicki - hope AF shows for you guys soon...
Im heading to Melbourne for a long weekend with DH this weekend - Ive never been there before so am looking forward to it. We are staying at the Grand Hyatt and plan to do lots of shopping and relaxing and as having plenty of "us" time!
