I too went through that dilemma on the last cycle - and ended up just transferring one little & lucky embryo

due to my age I could have 2 embryos put back and I was adament that I was going to transfer the 2 however just before transfer my Dr convinced me that putting back only 1 was the best thing to do.....she basically scared me out of having more than 1 put back (ie splitting of the embryo, premature birth, birth defects etc)

At the end of the day I just wanted a healthy baby .....

I really think that it is a personally choice and you should follow your instincts & heart.
