thanks Keen, emotionally I need it at the moment. It's an awful place, they are at you all the time and as soon as it doesn't go their way BAM straight at your throat. I would have thought they would have at least had the decency to let me get back to work before telling me how much back log I had and what an incovenience I was to them.

I'd love to go part time and I am seriously considering this as an option, if no there somewhere else.
