hey girls
woah its been busy in here.
Hi to everyone and loads of sticky vibes!!!!!
BecD: most places say its ok to keep going with stuff you have been doing for awile, i would think bootcamp might just be abit too much. The reason i say this is i worked out as normal which is quite a heavy routine while doing IUI got my BFP and it was ectopic and i cant help thinking to myself that it was because i kept working out. There is also a study that was done that showed people who work out before and during IVF have less success (do a google scholar search to find the study) At the end of the day i dont think it has too much of an effect but like the nurses told me you dont want any what if's! if that makes sense. I know its hard as i love the gym too, but i had to make the decision was it worth it. GOod luck with what ever you decide.
Nat: hi and welcome back, hope its a short stay, you must be sooo frustrated with all that. I am at Fertility North in joondalup they are saying that there success rates for IVF (58%) and ICSi are the highest in Perth. I really llove most of the nurses at fetility north and have been happy enough there have been a few issues but nothing major i guess. Sometimes just a change of view can be all thats needed. But one of the nurses said that the embrologist is what makes a good clinic and defines the success rates and that kinda makes sense to me.
White lotus: welcome! i reckon your levels sound good my day 6 E2 was 3000 and that was way too high, so i reckon 1900 would be about right. Good luck and i hope this is the one.
Hi to all you other wonderful ladies. i will catch up soon!
