Syneral is the inhaler they give you that silences your pituitary gland - basically it convinces your body you are in menopause so that you can give yourself your progesterone injections without your body going nuts. I have not had to use Crinone yet but know it is a pessary - a vaginal suppository used to support you during the luteal phase - ie after they transfer the embryo back and we all keep our fingers crossed!
