posted on the AC thread as well. just to let everyone who remebers me know that i am back.. yay! we had our last frostie transferred last month without success so we start synarel on the 16th of this month and 150 puregon on day 1 or 2 of next cycle. puregon stronger doses this time so hoping for some more embies to play with!!!

Welcome darling - We had our last frostie transferred last month too and got bupkus! We have a great support team cycling this month and I am feeling so positive.

Have started weekly acupuncture with this cycle and have removed my bellyring as some hippy told me it would block the energy flow - I will believe ANYTHING at the moment!

Miss C thanks for your info abour first day, yeah we also got a tonne of paper work to fill out , hope sib and ling are clinging on o.k. what is a chemical pregnancy?, heard a few peoplemention it, is it a phantom pregnancy?, hope your move goes well and you keep in touch with us all from the other side of the world.

Plc1805: yeah i'm just waiting to start 1st cycle ,our fs said chances of BFP was lower for our first cycle as they don't know how i react to all the extra hormones etc.

Tiggerlinda: yeah it's hard to find time to do things for yourself, but sometimes you just have to say i'm having a day for me and get something done that you want.

Saph 204: hope ur headaces are gone, they're not fun.

Illuminaughty: yes it is normal to feel fear !!!
i will be starting synarel ( sniffing) on the 18th of this month, it's my first ever cycle and i'm scared and excited at the same time. but it will be ok lots of other women have done this and have little bundles to prove it can work.

Scooby: sounds like a great holiday maybe a good TWW fill in too as time goes faster if ur having fun.

Numa: i'm douing ICSI too but don't start sniffing till 18th

Paula: yes we're ALL hoping for short journeys.

Sonya 1: i look forward to hearing about your cycle as you start 2 days before me.

Dellydoo: yes lets do all we can to increase our odds of getting BFP, i've got a hemetite key ring, supposed to be ultimate power stone and i often hold it and say " i'm going to have a baby girl", who knows if it works but i'll do anything. also got dh on a special diet to increse girl sperm ready for ICSI. will let you know if it works.

hey all i really enjoy reading your comments and it helps to keep me on track as i've not really told anyone, it's good to have the support without everyone calling you up everyday saying " are you pregnant yet ?", dh and i will be filling out the paperwork for the clinic this week and i have to pick up the synarel before the 18th so i can start sniffing then. i really don't have anything new as just waiting, waiting, this is the year for us hope to lots of BFP

Tiggerlinda - I think I'm on the long cycle. 2 weeks of sniffing, about 9 days of puregon. I'm estimating a transfer around May 8 . How about you?

Dellydoo - looks like we might be cycle buddies? I'm doing acupuncture too, I think its helping me stay sane, and I hope it helps me get a BFP!

Miss C - thanks for your message, I'm feeling very positive about starting this cycle. Plus DH and I have discussed adoption, which helped to take the edge off the desperation that can arise. Hope you packing is going ok.

Numa - 2 weeks of sniffing for me then AF and a scan on day five for drugs not sure on EPU or Transfer date. Our FS wants to go to blastie.

Wow April May is major cycle month for us all in here our Plan is ISCI as always Blasties x 2 to go back and accupunture support. Long cycle which is different from the down reg on the pill and the boost cycles we have done before going for 5th time a charm

Hi Everyone,

Just thought I would pop in and say that today is officially day 1 of my cycle. Have spoken to nurse this morning and I start on the pill on Sunday (Day 5). I am going to our compulsory counselling appointment this morning and will pick up the letter confirming when I start sniffing and have my first scan so will post more later.

Sorry for no personals at moment, but really should be doing some work before go to appointment! Will talk later.

TL GL for tomorrow! Can't believe that you are back into the sniffing again. You must be really looking forward to getting back into it.

Numa, DD. Sonya PLC and Janet hope your cycles go really well also.

To anyone I've missed... sorry! Hope you are all well.

Paula, it looks like I will be a little behind you in the cycle. I got my "run sheet" today and this is how it goes:
- Sunday 13th April start on Pill
- Tuesday 29th April start sniffing
- Monday 5th May take last Pill
- Monday 12th May have first scan

That is as far as they let me know, but I assume if all is well on the 12th I will start on the Puregon from there. So I would assume that my second scan will be about a week later and if all perfect then the EPU would be sometime on the week starting 19th May. But I know what my ovaries are like, and those dates are likely to get pushed around. A bit stressed as my BFF is getting married in QLD the weekend of 24th May. Hopefully there won't be any clashes of schedules!

TL - I am not sure but I started sniffing on Tuesday and Puregon starts next Saturday 19th so 11 days sniffing and then EPU on 2 May - is that short or long??
Janie you will be fine sugar -I am hoping there are no schedule issues - I bawl like a baby at weddings (maybe that is why DP is yet to propose!)
Numa honey - how was the first day sniffing - was it today??
Plc - hope you are calm and in a happy place angel!

Numa with regards to your comment on everyones personal feedback, i make notes as i read everyones posts then i make mine, and this was the first one that i had a reply to almost evryone, i'm not good at remembering all the info of everyone.

Saph 204:
no this is my first ever cycle. i had all the boys naturally and if anything was very easy for me to get preg. i had 3 under 4 years and only had to look at dh to be preg.
but when last bub was 12 weeks old dh had a vasectomy and i was too tired to argue and emotional after bub so said yes, but regretted it later.
anyway now the boys are 5, 7 and 9 and i just can't let go that theres something missing in our lives and we are supposed to have another baby.
well ICSI is the only way we can go as DH total refusal to have reversal done as then what we we do for contraception. so thats me

to everyone else, hi, not much else happening,i went and had a look at a baby shop today and looked at some cots, positive thinking, maybe it will work, the lady asked me when i was due?!," how rude , my flabby tummy is from my other 3 boys actually, so whats your excuse, just fat?". no i didn;t really say that just thought it!.

Tiggerlinda - I'm synarel 2 weeks too, but then the puregon. Interesting how all the programs are slightly different..

dellydoo - I think we have the most similar cycles. I'm meant to start FSH injections on 23rd, with a scan and BT on 1st May. If the same thing happens as last time, I'll be doing the trigger that night (if...) Close hey! I think they call it a long cycle, but not sure.

JBM - what an interesting story you have! Sending you lots of vibes

I'm feeling very chirpy at the moment, I guess thats how it is at the start. I hope the mood stays with me, am enjoying it!

I too feel preg with my son natuarlly and after breast feeding for nine months never returned to a natural cycle. I have been ovulating with the treatment but the time for us has not been. Wehave a lot of family crap going on and I feel this is affecting us, but it will happen when the time is right for us.

Best of luck with this cycle I hope you only need one.

To everyone else hope all is well and these baby making machines are in fine form.

Saph: i really hope it your turn, those 3 hour drives would be testing enough never mind everything else, hope your having fun booking your hols, always a good distraction.
Numa: Yeah finally stiffing, cant wait to join you on sat, there are alot of us really close together.
Janet: i ahd DS really easily (first go) and i really dont know what happened, i had a MC when i was 23, but had fallen preg on the pill, so i think my fertility got up and went somewhere in my early 30's but its so frustrating and i think secondary infertility brings it own set of emotional turmoil. Good luck to you and hopefully your wonderful family will be complete very soon. PS stupid wench in baby store
DD: hope we get to share a very sucessful TWW very soon.
Janie: hope the next few weeks fly by for you, i was devestated when they put me on the pill, but i must admit it has gone pretty quick and if i had to admit it i enjoyed the break!

Well i start sniffing sat and stop the pill the following sat. Can i ask the girls who already have DS or DD do you find people rather un caring to the fact of what you are going through? Im so sick of hearing how i have DS, so it doesnt really matter wether it works or not! Please dont get me wrong because i realise how blessed i am but it just upsets me.
well hope your all having a great day and all the sniffers arent suffering too badly!
