hey Lou - what a great result, you must be rapt with the number of eggs, fingers crossed that they all fertilise. I can understand your being uncomfortable, I was certainly sore last week. I went back to work last Thursday (yuck) and was flat out today and the rest of the week is going to be the same, not sure if that is a good or bad thing, but to be honest at least I don't get time to think about the tww. I must say I am surprised with myself and haven't been thinking about things too much, I am taking a leave day next week for the test and results though. I figure I am going to be either really happy or really sad and I would rather do that in the privacy of my home rather than an open plan office.

Megan - how di you go back at work, I home you had a chance to ease back into things.

d'oh I have lost track of who has been posting but will say a big hi to everyone, I have a huge headache tonight so I am going to get off this laptop and see if I can do something to get rid of it. Hopefully it will go over night, I'll pop back tomorrow night (if I am not too late home from work) and do some proper personals.

Lou, that's fantastic!! Hope they all fertilise for you. How many are you having transferred?? Rest up and take it easy!
lol at you checking up on how I went on my first day back at work because you were right, I was absolutely exhausted!!
Jane, no chance of easing back into work unfortunately as it was month end so I was thrown in the deep end and had a heap to catch up on. I even ended up working back!
I got a massage while I was there though so that was good as my back has been killing me all week.
I am still suffering from nausea, yesterday was awful but today not too bad so far. I'm just really tired because I am still uncomfortable so am not sleeping well. I guess it has to get better soon....

She's due any day from today to Thursday for me depending on what my body decides to do this month! When is she due for you? We have a specialist appointment in 4 weeks to look into other options so i'll probably have a few questions about the IUI soon.

hi ladies thought i'd post now b4 Dh comes home

Well today has been filled with pain!! No painkiller can do the trick and i dislike taking them anyway.

I called MIVF and my tf time is 2.40 2morrow, but they couldn't tell me how many had fertlised!Have to wait and see Gyn.

Well ive just got back from having acupunture and it was very painfull today, i even burst into tears while lying on the table beeing treated, like an eletric shock to my left ovary which is'nt feeing crash hot at the mo anyway.

will be having more acupunture 2morrow after tf, hopfully my pain would have subsided by then

Hope all is well with you xx

    HI everyone

Well I am almost at the halfway mark, hasn't the last week flown (seriously). I have been super busy at work and with uni and haven't had time to scratch myself. I almost have to remind myself I am on IVF, except my body keeps doing that for me, I have had the meanest headaches and tonight have the hottest and sorest boobs, which DH finds amusing....men, I am sitting here typing with a cold pack shoved down my top which is nice and relieving, I hope they settle by tomorrow, goodness knows I don't need that at work.

Keen - I keep meaning to reply to you in my posts and lose the plot every time, how have you been going the last week?

Mel - good luck this tww, I will keep everything crossed for you that mother nature does her thing this month

Rachael and Boo - hope AF stays away for you both, we need another rush of graduates in here

Leis - how are you going with the countdown for your trip?

Lou - they didn't tell me the fertilization rate until transfer either, I think that's a MIVF thing, but it's nearly tomorrow, good luck I will be thinking of you

Megan - how is the nausea going? hope it is settling down for you

Big Hi to everyone else, I keep losing track of everyone, I need to make a list before I start typing because I keep leaving people off unintentionally

    Hi everyone

Jano - I am so glad the whole 2ww thingy is going super quick. I bet you are up the duff. I just know it! Feel it in my waters!!!

Keen - I hope you are doing ok. Thinking of you often.

Lou - sensational result pet. Like i said before you have a big family awaiting you there

Melbel - I hope AF stays away and you get the BFP you are after and no IVF for you

Megan, Rach and Boo, all the best to you guys as well....

Me, I am seeing our travel agent next week to start booking stuff.... The whole thing is just to exciting.. I can hardly wait. Haven't had much work at the hosptial this week, so I am officially broke. There isn't the need for nurses up here like there is in other regional areas, or cities. Good thing DH has a great job, but i get board....

    Love leis xx

Girls sorr to put a downer on this thread

But just wanted to let you all know the i spent from midnight to 6am this morning on a drip at the Epworth Hosiptal. After blood test and several shots of morfin (sp) the doc there said my white blood count was up very high and gave me some antibiotics in my iv

So at the mo waiting to hear back from the clinic to see if tf will go aheas dont really mind if it doesnt as im still feeling lously and am still feeling the effects from a 24hr painkilling injection they gave me although im hoping its the antibiotics kicking in.

Sorry just this little post will keep you all up to date

Poor dh slept in a very uncomfy chair besides my bed last night

    hes the best

Oh Lou, that sounds awful. You poor thing having to go to hospital and having your cycle cancelled. After having such good numbers and now this. Good news though that you have 8 embies in the freezer and that you got the job! yay! I guess that's something positive you have had happen this week so that's fantastic. Was the infection caused by the EPU? I hope you are feeling better soon and can come in and keep us updated.

Melanie, all the best for your TWW! With any luck and lots of baby dust you won't make it to your IVF cycle!

Jane, glad that the TWW is flying by for you! I feel like sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't! lol I don't know whether I am coming or going these days, I'm all over the place! If DH thought I was indecisive before, he's probably getting really annoyed me with at the moment! lol not that he would say anything as he's doing a very good job at looking after me this week after feeling so crappy. LOL at the cold pack down your top....that would be a good look at work wouldn't it?!

Rach & Boo, how are you girls going? I hope the witch hasn't arrived for either of you! Are either of you testing in the near future??

As for me, I think I officially hate Crinone. To begin with I had nausea, sore boobs and today I can add to that....thumping headache and overly emotional. I ran off to the toilet twice today in tears, just unable to control myelf. It was awful. I'm not usually like that. Normally in the situation that upset me today I would get ****ed off and either speak my mind or just ignore it. Now I'm sitting on the loo in tears? WHat's wrong with me? lol
Jane, you gave me an idea the other day about my BT. I think I will organise to have that day off to. If it's bad news I have a feeling that after today's episode I won't be able to cope being at work the rest of the day. And, if it's good news then I can go to DH's work and surprise him.
My head hasn't stopped thumping since I woke up and nothing will get rid of it.

Megan - thanks and i am feeling really positive, well as much as i can be IYKWIM? i'd much rather have a healthy body ready for a healthy bubs and so i was very glad that my GYN didnt go ahead.

I dont know what happened but i would guess that it was triggered by the EPU although i did get some antibiotics through my iv whilst having epu to avoid this. Gyn said its just one of those thing.

LOL about the crinone only because i remember one day driving to work and these young girls were staring at me through their car window so i wound down my window (cause like you i can stand up for myself and say my mind) so i asked them if they needed help with directions then they started hearling abuse at me like : shut up four eyes (just showing you now there age ) Well when i got to work which was a new job i burst into tears with uncontroling with crying and my boss said are you ok. i replyed No these young girls shouted 4 eyes at me, i stoped looked at her them started to laugh - just listen to why i got upset!!!

Jane - im so glad that you are flying through this tww are you going to do a hpt? im a shocker and do them all the time. just ask sez.

Leis - horay for getting ready to book you trip, are you going to keep us posted while your away - idont blame you if you dont but i would love to hear you adventures. I read your a nurse? can you help me out with my white blood cells?

Melb how are things with you?

Keen hoping that you have got some answers

    2mums hope all is well?
