Hello!

Dusty - happy to hear all is going well!
BG - how exciting about the 16th.
BB - hoping that things turn around for you - have faith!
Slyder - glad to hear all has gone well with DW! Fingers crossed!
TL - fingers crossed for the 5th. Am going to Port Douglas for work conference so am hoping have online access so can check up.
Me - still waiting for darn AF. CD 36! Unbelievable. Did HPT on Fri and BFN. that night pinkish smear and then nothing and still nothing. Did another HPT tonight and still BFN. Its driving me insane! If I am BFN wish AF would just hurry up and come so can start rolling with next cycle. Did anyone notice that if cycle was late after cycle of IVF? Am going nuts!

mon, wow going to Port Douglas for WORK!!! sounds real hard

unfortunately i had some delays with AF after cycles. one was almost 2 weeks later but the other 2 were a 4-5 days late as i remember. perhaps our bodies just need to get back into normal gear again. i know the frustration but you body will bring on AF when it is ready which should help your IVF cycle. hoping it comes for you soon hun.

slyder, sounds like bliss to be that relaxed. good on you both.

Hi Dusty, thanks that puts my mind at ease! I wonder if the stressing also delays AF? I usually fix it by doing HPT, but this time, body has other idea or is punishing me for insisting it come later in the first place... ha ha!
yeah Port Douglas should be nice, too bad cant bring DH. Dont know if can be bothered with the whole client socialising thing, and have been stressing about what clothes for evening / dinner, esp seeing flesh has not seen sun after winter and am pasty blah! perhaps should go get spray tan! dunno too much hard work! anyway enough of my ramblings ( I get like that late at night).

TWW update - Yay I am half way!

Just a quick question I have had some white CM and wind and a little tender on the right side as well as a tight feeling and a bright blue vein has anyone else heard or these as symptoms before?

Sorry little freak out here just praying for the BFP next week, the other plus is we have never made it past 7days PT before and now we are 9 yay!

Wow I havent been in here for a little while...trying to get myself together after our BFN....
Im so glad to hear all the great news from you all........everyone still have high spirits which ia=s fantastic to hear.
We are starting up again next month with FET...I was reading some posts and was wondering what the oddsare about thawing. We have 3 embies left and now Im a little on edge thinking that they might not make it. Can anyone tell me a bit about it all.
Also....I have put on so much weigh since starting IVF...has anyone else? I am so depressed about it and cant seem to get it off. I am also a diabetic which makes it hard.

Carla, it really depends on the quality of the embryos themselves. We went for our first FET - one embryo thawed, survived, transferred, took, miscarried... Second FET, one embryo thawed, died, another embryo thawed, died... final embryo thawed, survived was transferred and resulted in another very early miscarriage. It's another stim cycle for us now, I wish you better thawing success than we had.

wow there is so much happening in here its very exciting.
i wish you all the very best and hope all your dreams come true with some bfp really soon as you all truely deserve your miricale bubs.

Onya Smithy. And with summer, Christmas and the New Year coming up, the next couple of months will fly by for you. Better to wait now than the middle of winter! Things will turn out better next time around, remember the first one is the hardest.

smithy, you are doing a great job getting ready for your next cycle. enjoy the break as much as you can.
carla, sounds like some regrouping was a good. hoping the best for your FET.
BW hope you are getting ready for your stim. best of luck with you FS appointment this week. they. will have learnt a lot from your previous stim.
kell, i asked my nurse today about what your clinic does and she said they only scan at mine when doing IUI if at all. interesting how different clinics do things.
mon, how are you going to do a cycle while in nth qld? i find packing for trips always stressful too! i am not into the smoozing part but sometimes have to do it. thank goodness for friends with clothes to borrow.

had an up and down day today. goodness this IVF really is a ride of emotions. i have been feeling my ovaries much more this cycle (good sign) and my levels have been really good for me. after my poor DH wacked his head on some equipment hanging from the centre of the new scan room (crazy place to put it) the sonographer immediately found a 43mm blood filled cyst on my left ovary!
there were 2 follies on each ovary of a reasonable size too. i spent all day anxious that they may cancel my cycle as the cyst could be sucking up all the FSH. i was ready to fight it, well put up a good argument anyway but all the worry for naught. next scan is friday and continuing with same 325iu puregon and 50 pregnyl. phhewww.

Just popping in - TL, I had CM leading up to my BFP with Luke, and also had very prominent veins in my BB's too, so you never know

Fingers crossed (and everything else )for you!!!

Dusty - Glad things are going great, hoping you are feeling ok on both the puregon & pregnyl... double whammy, plus the dose of puregon is up there, too!!!
By the time I was at the stage you're at now on both I was just feeling bllaaaaahhhhh!!!

Hello to all,

Well finally got my AF yesterday and on 16th Nov (which will be Day 19) will go in for BT to see if have O’d. If so, will probably start synarel around Day 22. Feeling much more confident this time, and I will be hammering them for the details this time around! I don’t care if have to be demanding, I want to be a priority!
So good to feel I am back in the race! That would be the best Xmas present of all a BFP! Although I don’t want to put that expectation upon myself as know will be bitterly disappointed if it isn’t the case!

I hope Santa puts sends us all heaps of BFPs!!!

Dusty – good luck with your scan on Fri! Lets hope that cyst stays at bay and they can just get it out when you go for EPU.
Carla – good luck with your FET! Think positive hun and don’t think about the odds! Fingers crossed for you!
BW – good luck with your next steps & moving forward
Smithy – good to see you pop your head in! Although I hope to not be around, I would like still be around just to cheer you on!
Slyder – hope all is going well with DW! Fingers crossed! When do you find out?

We are pretty quiet in here at the moment not much happening

Well i am CD33 today and hoping AF comes a visiting in the next couple of day so we can get started on cyle #4!!
