BW - i agree - there is just no such thing as a text book PCOS diagnosis - i have ALL the typical symptoms, PCO, hair, acne, weight, no natural ovulation, hormones levels so completely up the creek... - the whole nine yards - and yet one of my buddies has PCOS - with none of them other the the PCO and hormoone imbalance. we were talking tonight about treatment (she has two kidlets - one clomid IUI and one just clomid) - she was saying about how my treatment seems more intense than hers (i've had golf-balling surgery which she never needed, nasal spray...) - she's now concerned as she's about to go back to FS about having bub number 3 - and due to the break she believes her hormone levels have gotten worse. it was kinda weird - instead of me asking her all the questions, she was asking me!
