Sammie - Yep that I dare say we would have too. Gee August 04 it sounds like a eternity ago doesn't it!!!!! So does that mean it is only you and I who have not graudated from TTC Aug 04????

Hello all the new girls.
I'm just cruising waiting for the 3rd July dr's appt. Thanks to MIL, there will be more than a miracle involved in a natural conception this month!
Still haven't decided to go for FET next month or give my body another month off....
good luck to all the new IVF'ers.....I do hope you are luckier than some of the rest of us, who unfortunately weren't so lucky first go.

Just been reading some of the posts and wanted to wish Danni luck !!! and say hello and good luck to Linda Sammi and Jade on their first IVF attempts. I felt a wee bit nauseas (sp?) with the synarel but it really kicked in for the first few days on the injections. Overall I would have to say the the whole process was not as bad as I expected, aside from the little fact that I had to actually do IVF !!! It wasnt too bad and I wasnt the emotional wreck I thought I would be, so that was a positive (DH thought so too.)
Unfortunately AF arrived for me the day before I was due to have my BT done, so was very disappointed and now am just working my way through anger, as I have to wait 2 cycles before I can have a frostie transfer. Is this normal ?
Sari - My clinic has always said could go straight away for another cycle if I like. I have always waited at least a month in between - moreso for my sanity and to give my body a bit of a break, but I dont see why you have to wait 2 cycles?
Danni - big hugs to you. Did they give you an explaination as to why they were 5 before and back to 2 now. ie. was there a pg, but it didn't implant??? I don't know. Just know i'm thinking of you and that i'm wishing you luck for your IVF cycle....xxxxx
Hi guys....well I guess I belong in here now. I was officially told on Monday by my specialist ob that I needed an even more specialist ob and am now at the start of an anxious four month wait to see Lyndon Hale in October. So it would be really cool (if its okay with all you guys) if I could hop on this train to the harbour to catch that baby cruise.
A bit about me for those I haven't met.....I am 36 (****e....37 in 6 weeks OMG!!), we have been ttc for 2 and a half years. I have had three miscarriages in that time so obviously I can get pregnant. For some reason the little buggers don't want to stick. So it's onto the ivf band wagon to have some eggies collected , examined, fertilised and then re-examined for abnormalities. I have desperately wanted children since i was 16....didnt meet the right man till I was 33....this empty ache really starts to suck after 17 years.
