I too wanted to wish you all the best, when we did IVF each stim cycle we often had about 40-50 follis and never really had hyperstimulation but as Keen said keep your fluids up and take it easy. The cycle that hurt the most was a pick up of 10 ! My DD is also a ICSI baby. Good luck hope it is a great cycle
