    Hi All

I am in the middle of the TWW and trying to distract myself (with some success) and trying not to overinterpret my chart/symptoms (with less success). My temps are higher and less saw tooth this month which I am trying to tell myself is prob. cause clommid is doing its job with LP/progesterone levels and prob doesn't have any bearing on the likliehood of a BFP! But its hard not to go there!

Hope everyone else is having a good day!

Docgirl - it's is soooo hard isn't it to distract yourself from the tww and to not read into things 'symptoms' too much. I found your chart and it does look good so far.
Sending you lots of for you!

I didn't miss O day....big phew to that one. I am using midstream opk's this month and so far so good. Tue was quite a faint test line, Wed saw a darker line and today's test line is pretty close to the control line (although not exact match). cd16 today so was guessing anyway that it would be around the same time as last month (cd17). Lucky DH is off for a few days now. he he he....

    Hey everyone,

Well not much going on in our household... just waiting for the 15th May, Kim is booked in for her Lap & Dye. She had a D&C with the M/C last year in April so i guess nothing much else could be happening in there, but we'll find out about any Endo and get her tubes checked out.

Other than that we are counting down the list of things to do before we go to Malta on Jun19th. Kim is Maltese so she has to have her returning resident visa renewed before we go or she wont be allowed back in and that would suck... K-Mart had a sale recently and I got 40% off our luggage! Bargain! I have my passport, dont need a visa for Malta, tickets are paid for and work is prepared for me to go for 5 weeks even though I only started my new job there on 12th March.

Really enjoying it there, such a change from QHealth I can tell you. Private is so much different. Getting to know the patients there well I have a good rapport with them and the specialist I work for. He can be a bit moody, but as long as you keep him organised he's happy.

We sold our rental property in Melbourne and the settlement date is on 30/05/08 so thats good news, will make saving for IVF a breeze. Apart from that its just work rest and play... Went to Bribie Island yesterday to do a spot of fishing. Caught a few undersize whiting and thats about it. Ho Hum...

DrGirl 72- I hope you are going ok in your TWW the last few days are the worst

MelA - Some times when I read your posts I'm almost glad we have to do IUI rather then DTD...LOL...

AJC - I hope you and hubby paced yourselves this time!! LOL

Big fingers crossed for some BFP's this month ay girls!!!!! Take care xxx

I agree twomums that the TWW seems to get harder in the last few days. Yeasterday (10 DPO) my temp dropped by 0.2 and I thought it was the slippery slope towards AF. Today my temp was exactly the same as yesterday (but taken an hour earlier). Now not sure whats goin on. FF says to test tomorrow but we've decided to try and wait until at least wed as I'd rather get AF than see another BFN. My longest ever LP has been 12 days and wed will be 12 DPO. Not sure if we should wait longer than that to POAS! I very much feel that I am nor pregnant this cycle and am considering hanging out for AF rather than testing........

docgirl - GL and I hope your temp is back up again tomorrow.

Twomums - trip to Malta sounds great. Make sure you both relax and have a lovely time because I'm sure as soon as you get back you'll get your BFP. I agree, sometimes IUI would be 'easier' - When ob told DH and I that he recommends IVF if not pg in 2 more cycles I said to DH - oh well at least we won't have to bd when we don't really want to but 'have to'. Romance flew out of our window long ago

Mel - hope all is going well for you GL ! ! !

afm - well feeling frustrated today. I got +opk on Saturday but temp is only slowly rising. Now I am worried that taking B6 this month has affected things, or that my body is just not ready for pg yet. Have cd21 BT tomorrow so at least I'll know in a few days whether there is any hope for this cycle or not. Just don't understand why temp is rising so slowly. Ob did say that the body can build up a resistance to Clomid so my guess is that I'll be up to 100mg next month? That will be my 3rd cycle and second last before IVF/ICSI. **Sigh** no point complaining...... whatever it takes. So twomums I might see you in the IVF threads in a few months.

Good luck and sending lots of positive baby dust vibes to everyone.

    Hello to everyone!

Hope you don't mind if i join in here????? I'm a new member but have been visiting these forums for a while! I have been posting in the TTC Buddies thread but i think this is where i best fit

Just quickly: We have been TTC for about 18months+. Had U/S and HSG in Jan -diagnosed PCOS. Currently on Metformin. I had a lap done 11/4 - remmoved a dermoid mass from left ovary did the ovarian drilling and D + C. I'm due to see the FS on Friday to more than likely commence first round of clomid.
Have been having really bad emotional ups and downs over the past week - crying over nothing - my poor DH thinks i'm going crazy, in fact sometimes I think i'm going crazy !! So i'm rather scared if this is how i am now before even starting the clomid! I think i might start accupuncture next week?

Anyway i am loving this site and i find i spend more time on the computer now than i have ever in my life!

Looking forward to sharing the journey with you all - hoping it's a short one though!

Lots of positive thoughts coming to you all

(Currently trying to catch up on all your individual stories while working night shift!)

    xxBella
