Pollyanna - forgot to say that I had a hysterscopy (kind of like a D&C) at the same time as the lap. So I had an incision in the tummy button and one just below the panty line and and the hysterscopy was done vaginally.

    Hi

Chelle66 I am sorry that you are having a really bad day. I hope things improve for you soon. I'm sending you a great big hug cause it sounds like you need one

Princess Just remember to take one day at a time and know that we are all here for you.I hope if af does arrive this weekend that she is kind to you. Sending you a hug too

Has anyone had any pain similar to a stitch on either side of abdomen on or around cd 24? If so what was it and how long did it last? I have this type of pain atm and its driving me mad. I had similar pain on the oposite side in september when I had a cyst but I am trying really hard not to think its the same. Would appreciate some advice.

    Thanks, Sushee.

Big for you Chelle. Doesn't matter what box you feel like you do or don't belong in, don't worry if all you seem to post is nagative. We've all had times like that, and the thing that has helped me out most, is posting it here and sharing my troubles. Realising that you aren't alone is wonderful. The women here in this thread, and on the whole site in general, are just wonderful. Burdens are much easier to carry when they are shared.

Princess, I have been missing you and thinking about you. Lots of for you, too.

Not much to say on my end of things... Just generally plodding along. Won't have acupuncture this week, so looking forward to a relaxed Friday evening for a change. Sent lots and lots of questions off to a friend of mine so waiting for answers but thinking very seriously about which specialist to go to, and what monitoring my GP can do for me between now and then...
