    Hey there. Sorry about the aches - I experienced something similar though probably not as extreme as yourself.
    My left hip is medially rotated (which is a common thing) and often gets sore since being pregnant and giving birth. I haven't seen a chiro myself, but I've found massages help to ease my discomfort.
    Does your chiro give massages as part of the treatment, or is it just the adjustment? Massaging the muscles can help prevent them pulling the hip out of place again. It is also a really nice treat

    I might give massage a go! I like your nickname..... snacks would have applied to me in the first trimester, as I couldn't live without eating about 30 snacks a day!
