I now don't feel that I am missing out on much. I'll just have to watch my portion sizes don't creep up again and not have so many sweets. I have a sweet tooth but surprisingly I haven't missed it since having GD. The only thing I really miss is fruit and rice! Hoping after bub is here I can just keep it to the occassional treat. I am hoping that by breastfeeding it will keep me motivated to continue eating well.
