Hi!
I had a hematoma as well which bled the first time just a little at 11 weeks and then bled LOADS at 13 weeks for 2 weeks. I was told to take it easy but that the outcome may or may not be affected by anything I did. When I was bleeding for the 2 weeks I stayed in bed the whole time. My daughter was born at 40 weeks absolutely perfect in every way so we were really lucky. As Kirsty says, try and stay positive and rest up. I hope everything works out for you!!
