I have just found out I have this condition as well (at my 12 week scan), I just went to the obs today who gave me a quick ultra sound and bubs is doing really well, but you could clearly see the heamorage above the baby. He has told me I am going through a threatend miscarrage at the moment and the biggest risk is going into early labour becuase of my waters breaking. I am petrified of this and have been crying since. I know there is nothing i can do, but it makes me feel better seeing positive stories.

I am 13 weeks and 1 day today and so far the bleeding has stopped. He has put me on two weekly visits and I am know considered high risk.

Im a nervous wreck at the moment as my first pregancy was no problems.

He did say that 90% of women with this condition pull through ok. so thats a good thing
