Lena, if you were anywhere near me in Sydney I'd have suggested the doctor I saw, afraid that doctors in a completely different country are beyond me! I couldn't even begin to think of where to start looking!

We had the opposite problem - from five transfers I've had four pregnancies. The challenge was in making them stick! It didn't happen until I got the balance of medications for both my PCOS and my RA right. Sadly, I think that sometimes it is just a matter of continually trying slightly different things until you happen to get the one that works.

I have to admit that now that I'm nearly 25 weeks, my thoughts are starting to turn to how I'm going to cope with caring for a little person. Are RA flares after birth especially common?
