Firstly CQ big hugs darling woman... Life is really really tough sometimes - and what we are all feeling is relative.

I have some thoughts/beliefs that I will share - sift thru it and take what feels right and think about what doesn't! I agree 200% with Lulu - putting thoughts "out there" is necessary - but we have other parts that need to be worked on. We need (I believe) to work on our mind, our bodies, our emotions & our spirit. To only read self help books and do nothing else means we forget 75% of us! To only meditate and read religious/spiritual teachings means we forget 75%. To hone our bodies and not take care of the other parts of ourselves etc etc...

Are you familiar with Rumi?

"I saw grief drinking a cup of sorrow and called out, 'It tastes sweet does it not?' 'You've caught me,' grief answered, 'and you've ruined my business! How can I sell sorrow when you know it's a blessing?'

What that says to me is that we look at something as awful, terrible "bad" but we choose how to perceive that. Yes, there are awful things in life that are very difficult to bear - but we can still ultimately choose weather we grow from them, learn from them - thus they are not truly "sorrows" but amazing teachings. Sometimes it feels like life just throws one curveball after another - we as humans can truly reach a place where we thank those curveballs - for they can (if we choose) help us to further our spiritual journey. For that's what we are - spiritual beings having a human experience! That's a really tough gig to choose but we chose it. Now we have a responsibility to live the best way we can. Not to run from the difficulties - for it is in them that we truly test our mettle.

I do not believe that there is a "bad" or "good" situation. They are all how we perceive them. We need to really KNOW that just as one foot goes after another so life chages. What is happiness today can toorrow be sorrow. So, living in this moment is really important.

Journalling is a great tool in times like these. Thinking of you...
