Jules, you're certainly having a very rough trot with this. Once you have the pathology/genetic results back from the tissue sample, I suggest you do seek assistance as there may be some straight forward intervention/s which can resolve this problem.

Although you are 40, both you and your husband are clearly very fertile and this is a positive.
