I agree with you, put him back in nappies and try again in 3 months! I waited until my Ds1 was almost 3 to even begin TT, because I had a newborn when he was 2.5 and it was all too hard- despite pressure from daycare and others. I'm so pleased I waited! He was wee trained day and night in a matter of days and poo trained within weeks.
