I totally have moments like that, dd1 can be a bit....much...at times and i have yelled SHUT UP at her before. i felt terrible, cried, she hugged me, we said sorry to each other and got on with life!

Sometimes anger is hard to control butthe fact that you can identify that you find it hard to control is half way to controling it....shall i say control again ???
