Pizza scrolls are easy and can be served at room temperature. Use frozen puff pastry sheets, defrost, spread over some tomato paste or fruit chutney and top with cheese, pineapple, ham, whatever takes your fancy. Cheese and vegemite works well too Roll up and slice into 2cm portions and bake flat on an oven tray for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. You can prepare them to the rolling up stage the day before, then slice them when you get home from work, pop them in the oven while you get ready then they're good to go (assuming you have time between work and party that is!).

Smoked Salmon Blini, cream cheese, dill - easy as, you can make the blini ahead and then just top with the cheese and salmon before you leave - super tasty too

Mini quiches. Puff pastry in circles in a tartlet or muffin pan, add a mix of beaten egg, grated cheese, ham, grated vegetables or ... well, anything quichy. Bake. Cool. Fridge. Done!

Depending on the type of people they are... Fairy bread? Butter a loaf of bread sprinkle with hundreds and thousands. Easy and yummy and I doubt anyone else would do it (I would but I'm lazy and cant cook)
