    Hi MB

My first DS was due Christmas Day and this one is due 15 March but my dates are saying two days earlier which is Friday the 13th so I know what you mean by DH's not being happy about the EDD. I'm in the same boat !!!

DD#1 birthday is 16 September. I was due with DD#3 on 20 sept. She had other ideas though, and i went into labour on the evening of 16 Sept. Luckily she arrived after midnight. So DD#1 birthday is 16 Sept, DD#3 is 17 Sept. We just celebrated a 5th birthday and a 1st birthday, and whilst it was busy, and expensive , it was fun having two mornings of present opening and cake.

ETA : I did a lot of praying during my last pregnancy that i wouldnt have her on the same day as DD#1....well, my prayer worked i guess, even though i prob meant the day after too

My little brother was born on my 5th birthday and we have both loved it...was always like Christmas morning ...a HUGE celebration! And we always got one BIG present to share...like a trampline along with individual special presents.

How bizarre so many women went into labour that night!

My situation is a lot like Mbear's. My DS1's birthday is on the 30th of October, his little brother was due on the 26th of Oct, but was 5 days late and was born on the 31st so their b'days are a day apart. It was a very close call! This Sunday we are having a combined 1st and 4th birthday party. It has it's benefits, at least I don't have to organise two parties each year now LOL!

My DF said he'll be annoyed if he has to share his birthday with bubs when we have kids! He said he's happy for the bub to share mine (because that means he can buy one present and then that will be better) but not his! He's also said he'd HATE it to be due on the AFL grand final day next year... *rolls eyes* MEN and their bloody sport!

According to a section of my (adorable) dad's speech at my wedding, he seems to think that I purposely plan things to mess with his schedule. Lol. It was a little inconvenient that I decided I would be born when Bathurst was on. And then I was rude enough to have my wedding on Grand Prix day Now I wonder how happy he is about my baby being due 3 days before his birthday hehehehe. He's the biggest sweetheart though and I just know he's going to make the best Grandpa

Maybebabie - You might have to make sure that on July 1st your husband has his mobile phones vibrating feature turned on just in case he can't hear the phone. Either that, or get yourself some heavy duty fireworks for yourself and start setting them off from the house so he can see them

DD1 was born on Adelaide Grand Prix day but it was the year they stopped it due to rain! I can remember XH and the Obs talking about it while i was in labour.
My niece is born on my brother's b'day and my cousin and his son share a b'day. My brother was happy his 1st child came on his birthday, I would be ped off LOL
