Yeah it is hard, it does get better especially once you have reached the 12 week milestone. But remember that worry can often cause more problems so be careful not to think to many negative thoughts either. keep your mind busy on work or other things and don't obsess on the internet too much. Its great to learn but it can also cause more worry than is needed.
I still worry but certainly not as much as I did in the first trimester. They say the 2 week wait is bad, this next 12 weeks is a shocker I ca assure you. So go grab your handbag and do some retail therapy to ease your nerves and keep your mind busy, your body will take care of the rest.
