JBM - (OK so I had a big debate with myself as to whether I can actually bare to share my stats on here - it is scarey telling people your weight! But here goes nothing!) I last weighed in at the hospital at 93.6kgs! I am only 168cms tall though. Terrifying. When I first weighed in at the doctors at about 13 weeks I was 78kgs. (which was about 10kgs heavier then I was before I started TTC). The top of my healthy BMI is 71kgs - so I amm a fair distance from there. I head into the "morbidly obese" catagory at 98.8kg. (although, I try to remind myself that it doesn't mean the same thing when you are heavily pregnant as when you are not - it is still a scarey thought, plus it means my hospital will no longer take me as a patient and will transfer me to a different hospital).

It sounds like you are on the right track with everything. I used to love my pedometer - unfortunately I barely walk 3000 steps a day whilst pregnant, because it starts to ache too much.

Vegies are always better then fruits (less sugars) so if you are eating more serves of vege I wouldn't worry too much about not eating enough fruit.
