Relle - congrats on the new house purchase - VERY exciting!! and i'm sure your place in Caulfield East will sell at auction - the market is pretty crazy at the moment!! will you be in your new place when you have your baby? or still in Caulfield East? hopefully you can time it to have everyone else move your house for you while you're in hospital!!
brilliant news about cooper - must be a huge weight off your shoulders!
glad to hear that kirsten birthed upright - it's nice to know that i have the option open to me!

Gigi - i can't believe you lost all of your baby weight in 2 weeks!! that's incredible!! and gives me hope...
yes, although i'm going to try for a drug-free, intervention-free birth, i'm not going to be devastated if it doesn't go exactly to plan. hopefully the calm birth course will teach me to relax as much as possible, and be calm and collected (well, as much as possible!!) during labour so that i can try and make the most of the experience no matter how it goes... i've had two outbreaks of herpes since falling pregnant (my generous DH passed on his cold sore virus to my nether regions a few years ago - thanks very much!!) and if i have any blisters when i go into labour i'll need to have a c/s anyway, so i need to be prepared to throw my grand natural birth plans out the window!! dennis says that he has probably only had to do 1 c/s for this reason in his career though, so hopefully i won't be the one to increase this tally!!

Jules - great to hear positive feedback on Dennis from someone who has not be brain-washed by the I-Love-Dennis club here!! i think i had heard so much positive stuff from these ladies before i even met him that i would have thought that he was the bees knees no matter what he was really like - ha ha ha!

Ros - hope you're not feeling too queasy and tired...
