    Hi there girls

Forgive me for gatecrashing this thread but I know you'll be able to help me...

Dennis actually delivered my DS - he was covering for my OB who was taking a week's holiday and of course my DS decided to arrive that week! I was so impressed with Dennis - I'd never set eyes on him before and he had such a lovely bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable. So much so that my OB might have done himself out of future business - I liked my OB but I was so impressed with Dennis that I would consider going to him next time around.

So my question is - where are Dennis' rooms? And does he have an ultrasound machine in his rooms?

    Thanks girls!

(PS: He was wearing a green polo shirt for my delivery LOL!)

    Hi girls!

Thankyou for the well wishes for Cooper's appt, it is tomorrow at 2pm, so will fill you in tomorow night.

My client had some movement on Saturday night, but nothing since - but this is the mystery to giving birth! lol

Jules - Welcome to the Dennis Thread!!!! Glad to have another member! Dennis is awesome! and very very well priced - I am tipping possible cheaper than your existing OB - so always a bonus!! So glad to hear you had a great experience with him. Just beware of being put off by his receptionist. She is actually really lovely and quite funny, but just comes across quite abrupt to begin with.

He has rooms in Wattletree rod Malvern and also consults from Dixon St Clayton 1 day a week. He does not have ultrasound eqipment in his rooms as he is very low intervention especially during the pregnancy, however having said that, any of us that have had any concerns about our pregnancies, he has had no problems whatsoever referring us for extra ultrasounds.

To be honest I feel so confident in his care, that I don't feel the need to have ultrasounds at every appointment.

Ella - HUn Kirsten did Calmbirth and birthed upright with Quinn, he is definately a supporter of upright birthing if you are well researched and well prepared. But it really is about where you are most comfortable at the time, be that, upright, squatting, lying on the bad, whatever.

Gigi - I hope everything is going well with the girls hun and that the stitches are starting to feel a bit better.

Mel - Thanks for your thoughts on Cooper gorgeous! He is a happy little thing most of the time, so I am sure it won't be much!

Ros - has the M/S hit you yet gorgeous?????
