Squidipa i totally know what you mean....ive just had baby #4 and i really felt it was like 'its your 4th baby, you should know what to do by now...'. Whilst yes, i do have an armful of knowledge in this brain of mine...but it is nice to be reminded of what you should be doing....
I remember when i was pushing my #3 baby out, i was so exhausted, i knew i wasnt pushing right, baby was getting distressed, the midwife yelled inbetween my legs and said 'this is your third baby....what are you doing !!!!!!'. I felt like a school kid getting in trouble, it was awful. Yes, it was my third labour, but doesnt mean i know how to push a baby out with no gentle reminders or prompts....
i totally get what your saying hon.....for me....BTDT.
