Pains in Breasts

I was wondering if I need to have a look at this. I am seeing my ob/gyne next week, but I wanted to know if I should be concerned

I am getting stabbing pains in my breasts. Around the outer edges and feels like in the centre of the breast, not in the nipple. My breasts are now up in size from a small B-cup to a FULL C-cup, could that be causing the pains??? Like growing-pains?? It's not THAT sore, it's more uncomfy than anything else, like a light cramp. And I feel like it's worse when I lay down at night, but that might be because you are more aware of your body then, right?
I can't feel any lumps, appart from the normal healthy booby lumps, kwim?? My breast does feel "full" and heavy, maybe it could be the weight pulling???

So any of you girls have similar pains? Should I get this checked right away or can I wait till next Friday and ask my ob/gyne?

I would think that it's due to the changes in the size of your breasts. If it becomes painful rather than uncomfortable then you can wait until you see your OB. Also it may be a good idea to get your bras checked for size ans support.

I do think I need new girly-wear A great excuse to go shopping.

I spoke to a girlfiend of mine last night and she said that she also had these pains when she was pg. So that put my mind at ease, for now. But I'll definatly tell my ob about it.
