So far it's mostly to support my under-belly. I'm hoping it's just a size too small tubigrip and/or the support belt works. Not sure I want to fork out for the support pants for only about 8 weeks or so. Had a bit of pain starting in the groin area as well in the past couple of weeks. I've been given some stretches to do as well and she wants me to do some hydrotherapy as well (which currently clashes with mtgs and lectures DH has to go to)
Didn't get to ringing the physio today - ran out of time; I'm seeing her tomorrow afternoon anyway so not panicking too much about it.
