You will be SO glad, when you get that support belt, they are wonderful. My physio (at the RAH) told me you could also buy the support belts at chemists, if you are going out of your mind with the tubigrip stuff.

i ended up wearing the support belt OVER my clothing, needed a layer of cotton between me and it.
