Hmmm I rang the medi help line they said don't touch, no hot water and tight bra. But how do I know if I'm getting mastitis? no blocked ducts, I checked, had one of those OUCHY.......

KellyD I rang the Pead to ask and cos he got way worse when I ate milk products he may have a cows milk protein alergy which is still in the lactose free formula but not in Soy. Glad I know now. I trust doctors but I still like to know what's happening and why.

Funny vision of the day ladies. I got out of the shower tried off lent over and felt a drip drip on my arm. I though "were is that comming from I dried off" it was my boobs. bra on stat. DH thinks he's going to massage them tomorrow night I THINK NOT!
