Welcome baby dreamtime! and congrats on your little princesses

Green - i know i FF, but have done a bit of reading on formula and poop (given BW and I talk baby poop far too often lol) and it seems that introducing or changing formula will often lead to baby having issues with their tum for a few days while they get used to the new formula. as BW said, if all is soft when it does happen, it should be ok.

Kahlan - thanks for asking after us hun! E is quite the chatter box. will happily string a couple of words together (boob mum, up mum, fooooooooooooooood mum) - and is coming out with new chatter regularly. i was trying to dismiss a lot of it as just garble - but she repeats and repeats and will let you know what she is talking about. she answers questions with yes or no (nods head, yesssssssssss, or crazy head shakes for no) - and will answer some things the same every time (latest is "do you love x (x being mum's sister) - responds with pfffffft and big raspberries - so cute!). i have come to accept that she is advanced with speaking (as apparently i was) but is struggling a little in comparison to some of her baby buddies with other things. she still doesn't crawl properly, just a rather rapid commando crawl. she has only just started dragging herself up on furniture where some of the others are already actively walking. every baby is different (BW!!!!!) - E's just got the gift of the gab like her mum!

i'm off to get my day going a bit. E has been really unsettled lately. stupid teeth, and i think we're going through a growth spurt. i don't mind cluster feeding - but cluster feeding from midnight to 5am - NOT my idea of fun! last night we got 14 hours of "sleep" - the first few hours were really unsettled - she woke every hour or so in distress and wanted me to feed and resettle, then woke at almost midnight (just as i went to bed) and decided it was time to play. ummm nope! feed and off to bed - she then slept for five hours which was fantastic after five nights of bugger all sleep. hopefully this is a nice turnaround for us and we're heading back to the way she used to be!
