Sazz - glad the scan went well. Sounds like it was an epic journey.
Kimbe - I didn't know about warm milk either. I've been reading up heaps and nowhere have I come across that one.
I live in Melbourne and just after the huge storm that went through the South East yesterday afternoon I got drenched by the hugest puddle whilst waiting for my DF to pick me up. We only took one car to work as we had a family gathering to get to but because of the storm the traffic was the worst I've ever seen. Some idiot deliberately drove through the puddle at fast speed (he was going in the opposite direction to where all the rest of the traffic was going therefore able to speed and soaked me. I had mud and grit from head to toe. There were tears. I'd just got over that and moved on a little and I got struck by another smaller puddle. I laughed that one off. We then had to go home (weren't planning on it) so I could shower and change. We arrived at the dinner to find they'd already eaten and we just got leftovers.
In the middle of all this drama I got the worst pain in my nipples. They were just so sore. I've noticed over the last couple of weeks if I get cold they get sore but this was excruciating. Oh well, I guess that's just the hormones, so I guess it's a good sign. It only lasted about 10 minutes til I warmed up again.
Anyway, today is another day, and it's going to be a better one today. The scan is at 11 and I can't wait. I'm really looking forward to seeing bub.
Hello to everyone else. I hope you all have a great weekend.
