Scan went well, even though we had to drive 130km then wait an hour to get it done, wait half hour for films and drive 130km home again.....
Bubs was head down all along, just the GP being cautious. Reason he/she isnt engaged is probably cause he/she plans on being there for another 3 weeks yet as the size is only 2.6kg/ 5lb12oz!!! Liquor volume is completely normal so I dont know how he is getting these big measurements as I have only put on around 8kg... maybe he measures everyone bigger??? Anyhow, I am feeling a lot better about it all and am happy for bubs to stay on the boiler for another few weeks yet. Another good thing, the head circumference is only 32.6cm Happy about that too.
After the scan we went to the shops cause we thought we better get some 0000clothes (only got things a bit bigger as that is what we were expecting) and what a nightmare! Final late night trading before christmas isnt a good idea when enormous, grumpy and really sore from all the prodding.Wowsers, that radiographer was a meany with all that pushing and poking, I am sooooo sore now.
Off to laze on the lounge and think of my lovely little bub.
