Yay so happy to see you here Linda Lol my Ob is lovely but everytime i see her i think ok i need to get her a makeover! I have heard wonderful things about Christopher Price and the hospital has a great reputation and were really great when i had surgery there.

Devon - i dont think rationality comes into this whole pregnancy thing I am surprised they havent given you another scan to put your mind at ease so you dont have to worry about another missed miscarriage. I would definately give them a call and try and get in tomorrow, if they say no well no harm no foul, However if they say yes you will feel a lot better

Hey TL - so great to see you in this thread! Yay!

I went to the Ob yesterday - second visit. I've decided I like her a lot, was able to ask lots of questions, no rush. I found out the labour wards have a bath available which made me happy. During the consult here was a power surge or something and her ultrasound machine refused to come back on! So I got to hear the baby's heartbeat instead - wow . DH was grinning from ear to ear.

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend.

Numa: thats great havin a good ob it does make you feel so at ease.
Shannon: i hope those 2 bubs are waaaaayyyy too comfy inside mum to come out for a long time yet.
Devon: did you end up going for the ultrasound, i really think that anything that puts your mind at ease is so worth it. Are you getting any flutters yet I think once you can feel movement it makes it abit better! Im still so tempted to buy a fetal monitor?
BW: hope your ok and not over doing it too much (which is such a joke coming from me!!!!)
Miss C: you must be so relieved to finally feel like your getting settled, it is so un nerving and i think you are so brave making the move! Im from ireland and my folks moved to oz in 89 and i look back now and think woah that would have been soooo hard, you dont think of it as a child everything is fun. Bet your enjoying the nice summer weather, mum has just gone back to uk for a holiday so ive been keepin an eye out. So glad everything is falling in to place and hope you find your perfect home
Ellie: hope alls well with you

Well im still plodding along have my ob appointment today and i am armed with a very long list of questions (thinkin i might get kicked out of her office) but #1 priority is pleeeeeaaasse let me go back to the gym, i almost get slightly depressed if i cant go and with all the rain i havent even been able to walk. Still have the MS dont know when that is going to disappear it was long gone by this time with DS, but again it is just that little reassurence every morning when i wake up
    Keep well everyone

TL - I'm doing my head in too! I can't wait for my scan on Thursday... once I see that little HB I will feel so much better. In saying that... my MS has started to get stronger over the weekend. Had a bad night on Sat night/Sun Morn... woke up at 2.30am nauseous and could not get back to sleep until I had eaten some plain bread to settle tummy. I think MS in most women tends to kick in around the 6 week mark. Then again, you may be one of the lucky one's that just does not get sick!

Hi to everyone else... hope you all had a great weekend. Like I said, I'm hanging out for my scan... It seems like an eternity away!

I too am going crazy today...analysing everything...after being so sick and spending a few days in hospital on a drip...suddenly at 9 weeks I'm feeling heaps better...and of course terrified it means something has gone wrong...24 sleeps until the 12 weeks scan...this is so hard!!!
Thanks for listening to this self absorbed vent!!!
