Yay, another new face, welcome on board Brunette I haven't been in your situation, but I can certainly say that all of us here have spent most of our pregnancies worried about every twinge (or lack of twinges) and have found support here. You WILL probably worry lots of the time, but I think it does get a little easier xx

Renee - great numbers, well done!!! In terms of scans, my clinic (and most that i've heard other girls' talk about) do a scan after ART at about 6 weeks to locate the sac, hear the heartbeat etc. If you had any concerns perhaps ask if they could do one for you?

Kyra - big hugs to you honey! I haven't been there yet (obviously!) but I can only imagine the acute frustration of being overdue, i'm sure if I go over I shall just want to cry. Fingers crossed it happens VERY SOON!!!

LondonMiss - doesn't your work have a policy for mobility impaired people to stay in the fire stairs? There's NO WAY I would have been able to walk up all those stairs again, I think you should complain!! As for your scan, I was the same before ours, and even during ours was worried there was something wrong with the Chicklet's face and asked if the nose was supposed to look like that (to me it looked a bit flat or strange and I wondered if the Chicklet had Down Syndrome or something else that had been missed) but the OB just it was just a bit squashed, lol! One piece of advice - DON'T ASK THEM TO CONFIRM THE GENDER!!!! After our experience i'd just accept it's a lil miss and leave it at that...

Wantbaby - I had to pick DH up from work yesterday and I was looking just dreadful, wearing tracksuit pants, a t-shirt with holes EVERYWHERE and a daggy old cardigan. DH then decided we had to go to the shops and I was terribly embarrassed...

AFM - well, you're probably going to get sick of me posting now that i'm a lady of leisure! Went to work for a few hours yesterday just to tidy up and do a handover and now i'm at home for 8 weeks. Not quite sure what i'm going to do with myself, but i'm sure i'll find things to keep me entertained.
