Lise, your pregnancy massage sounds wonderful. I didn't know about boy's genitals being larger after birth; that is very funny. How is your new Mac going now? I've never had one before but I have heard that they are pretty user-friendly? They are very cute computers I booked in today for 12.5 weeks for the nuchal scan. I was told as I am carrying twins there is no point doing the combined bloods as they wouldn't know which one might have higher levels - or something like that. I am only worried due to my age, being a dinosaur at 37! And therefore higher risk of Down syndrome etc.

Londonmiss, thanks for the good advice re listeria, antenatal classes, yoga classes etc. I am glad that your little girl turned xx.

Chrissy and Glenny, I'd love to do pregnancy yoga but I would have to check with my FS first, given being on home bed rest till week 12. Definitely think if we're all going to NWPH then we should try to get into the same antenatal classes. Sounds like fun. Chrissy, how cool that your birthday coincides with your week 12. Thanks for still wearing those horseshoe earrings. That combined with me wearing my horseshoe necklace must be helping! The power of positive thoughts, hey? But I'm not buying anything baby related till a lot further down the track. I can't bring myself to yet. Re booking into hospital, I got a booklet from Kris which said to book from week 12 to week 15, and I'm sure it also said to book into antenatal classes at the same time - but I'm not sure when they start, ie what week in the PG.

Chrissy, I've not put on any weight either - in fact, I've lost one kilo, which worries me because the twin/triplet/multiples books I've been reading say how much extra weight you should be gaining. I am eating all the time, though, and making sure to eat all the right things. Plus, it's not like I'm active; I only sit or lie around. I will have to talk to my FS the next time I see him (next Tuesday) to see if he is concerned.

Renee, sorry to hear that you are still suffering from MS, but a few good tips have been given to you so hopefully those tips will help you.

Sorry, wantbaby2, I havent' heard about a growth scan, but itsounds like common sense that if you were a small baby, and you are very petite, then the baby is going to be small too.

Leabie, I think your ticker is really cool. It took me about 2 hours to figure out how to do mine, and I can't make the thing smaller because if I do the site I use drops out relevant stuff from it. I don't think anyone will be offended. Good to hear your levels are what they are supposed to be. My old FS (now my current FS; long story) used to be like that, too, and just say that the tests were fine, yet when I changed FS (the one who got me preganant with twins and has now nicked off to Greece for a holiday!) is completely different and tells you all the levels. If you want, just be proactive and ask for it. It's your PG and your body.

Better sign off as my eyeballs are falling out of their head - literally. Have a good weekend, ladies!
