Hi Monnie My ankles are ok so far today. I think it may have something to do with the heat too. Last night I had a bath and they swelled up a little bit but not too much and they did again this morning when I was in the pool. So maybe a combination of being in warm water and standing has an effect on them aswell. I'll have to see how they go tomorrow as I'm at work for 3 shifts starting at 9 and then back at 1 and then again at 3:30. Thats the most I've had to do since I started there so that should be interesting.
I'm sure you'll do amazingly well in labor and get to put the ideas into practice. I must get started on the reading. I just can't sit still long enough lol.

DJTTC - coffee works wonders for me, prune juice just gives me gas but prunes and dried apricots work well. be especially careful with the apricots cause they can be 'deadly', if you know what I mean (they're so yummy I eat to many, then.... oh dear). I find fibre supplements and all bran are good for keeping things regular, once you've had a 'clean out' (sorry for TMI). Oh, and make sure you're getting plenty of water. I've got many years of experience behind me... can you tell?
