Sorry kimbe, i didn't realise your reply was here (must have missed the email).
I think your treatment depends on your clinic, but roughly speaking, mine was ethinylestrodial starting on the first day of my period, then a blood test to confirm that ovulation had been suppressed ten days later, starting the pessaries twice a day the next day (and continuing the tablets). They did give me a little schedule/planner to follow, tho I kept forgetting to tick off when i'd taken my tablets and confusing myself.
We had our embryo transfer last tuesday; it was a beautiful blast, thawed very well. so i'm firmly in the grips of the tww. ugh. i don't remember it being this painful last time. my blood test is this saturday.
So I'm still on the tablets and pessaries. The pessaries continue for quite a few more weeks if i get a BFP, but I think the tablets can stop (could be wrong tho).
