Thanks everyone. It has stopped now and bub started kicking again so likely just a small hole that sealed itself, at least that's what my OB believes so all good
T-hopes, hemorroids happen, after you have bub it should get smaller and sometimes become barely noticable, but if you are worried or really just don't want it there, you can request to have it removed. I still have one from DS and my Great Grandmother (now 89) still has hers from her 4 kids.
Also, you're right, please everyone don't be tempted to google the pics *shudders*
