It's not the best pic in the world to make a determination from, but I noticed you went to Women's Ultrasound Malvern. That's where we go too, and the advantage there is that they're not sonographers, rather they're radiologists/obstetricians (depending on their specialities), so they're doctors specialising in scanning rather than technicians. I'd be tempted to go with what they've said, but that said, if your Ob has scanning equipment too, no harm in asking for a second look! If there's no definitive answer, go get a 3D scan if you really want to know Good luck!!
