For the bloating, I have no idea sorry but it's probably related to the constipation I imagine.

For the constipation, I can sympathise - it's just awful isn't it? I have found that introducing just one bowl of All-Bran a day (everyday) has made all the difference for me. Previously, I just had toast or similar for breakfast as I'm not a cereal eater but I tell you what, that's the only change I've made and it seems to be working. If you already have this for breaky I'm sure other girls will be able to give you more advice. GL!
